This film explores shame, vulnerability, self-worth, and self-discovery. There exists an understanding that as individuals we all have “baggage”. Why can’t we accept this and come together instead of judging and putting people down? We as humans put up shields to protect us from harm. Those shields can hurt us when they are made from shame and negative self-talk. Our environment and current society affect our emotional and physical well-being beyond measurable amounts. This film silicates the idea of how we believe society wants us to act rather than staying true to ourselves by using intuition. This film allows the viewer to step into a dream state and become aware of who they are and who they truly want to be in this lifetime.
